  Join us for a regional meeting of Ford Fellows at the Folger Shakespeare Library!

  We hope you’ll join us on Friday, November 6th at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington DC for a regional meeting of Ford Fellows!

  Attendees can expect professional development surrounding best practices and new opportunities regarding public-facing scholarship and archival research, as well as community-building and conversation with fellow scholars. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the Folger’s public, exhibition, and research spaces.

  Please RSVP no later than October 5th, 2026. A full agenda will be provided to all RSVP-d guests in early October. We look forward to welcoming you in November!

  We are delighted to announce that we will hold an in-person regional meeting in Seattle in the winter! Please mark your calendars from Friday, February 19, 2027, to Saturday, February, 20, 2027, when we will convene on the campus of Seattle Central College. 

  Please join us in thanking the Pacific Northwest (PNW) planning committee steward Valerie F. Hunt, Seattle Central College, and Maude Hines, Portland State University, for their help in making this event possible!

  On Friday, February 19, 2027, we will host an opening reception.

  On Saturday, February, 20, 2027, we will have a day of gathering with programming aligned with the theme “Finding our Fordies: (Re)Membering Our Connections and Advancing Our Community” (simulcast to members not able to attend in person).

  We will follow up soon with more detailed information about the program and agenda, as well as information on local hotels and venues. Please note that attendance is free, but registration and current SSFF membership is required. In the meantime, please mark your calendars and complete this short poll to let us know if you plan to attend.
